Apple cider vinegar-Flat tummy quick fix!

Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar = Total god send!

This is why:

-Lowers blood sugar ( this reduces the risk of developing diabetes and certain cancers)

-Lowers cholesterol

-Helps the body maintain a healthy alkaline pH level. Research shows that higher acid levels (lower pH level) lead to a lack of energy and higher incidences of infection.

– Helps you detox. It creates an overall detoxification of the body by stimulating the cardiovascular circulation and helping to detoxify the liver.

– Suppresses appetite. (stops me pigging out)

How I take it-

Straight after a meal because this is when I crave dessert etc the most. So when I’m trying to lose weight or feeling a bit bloated this is what I do;

-mix two table spoons of Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it like a shot.

-Alternatively you can mix 6 tablespoons in 2 litres of water and sip it slowly throughout the day (this is a really effective thing to do to get bikini ready). As well as suppressing the appetite which it really does do! It de-bloats you which helps make the stomach look a lot flatter.

Which one?

Make sure to buy an apple cider vinegar that has  “of the mother” printed on the label.  ‘Mother’ contains strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky, cobweb-like appearance. I buy the Biona organic apple cider vinegar (with mother).
