Fabric panelling is one of my favourite features to add to bedrooms. I chose a pale grey velvet and the same for my curtains. But silks and even leathers can also be very effective. Quick tip- if you source your own fabric it will usually be cheaper than letting the upholsterer order it.

Bali! Where do I start?…There is something in the energy of the place. Once I recovered from the 16 hour flight I started to notice this. A blissful, floaty feeling in the air carries you away.
I had seen many pictures of the cascading rice fields, beautiful beaches, temples and the sunsets but having been there, I can tell you that no photograph can do it justice. I was overcome by it’s beauty.
The picture above shows my lashes without any mascara. Before Lumigan they were less than half this length and thickness. Unfortunately I don’t have any before pictures as I started using it four years ago.
This product more than any other has really changed my life. I wasn’t born with naturally long lashes and it bothered me. After years of eyelash extensions (which ruined my own lashes) and trying every mascara, I finally discovered Lumigan. I first discovered it from a company called Latisse but soon realised that instead of paying £200 I could just buy it from the pharmacy for £20.

Ever since I was a child I have aspired to have thick, long, shiny hair! Probably because of all of those bloody Disney Princesses!!! My hair is fine (but I have lots of it) and it’s wavy so getting it to cooperate with my vision of what I want it to look like hasn’t always been easy. After researching and experimenting with hair supplements for quite a few years I feel that I have narrowed it down to four that I believe ACTUALLY work.
I make no apologies for being a typical girl in my love of pastels. Whenever I choose flowers I always choose pastel colours. And if ever someone is choosing them for me chances are they’ve received explicit instructions on what colour flowers to ‘surprise’ me with. I also prefer bouquets of all roses, peonies, or lilys I don’t really like to combine different flowers. Sorry to all the talented florists out there who are cringing reading this but to thine own self be true!
Here I’ve put some roses together in a wine glass shaped vase that has a really open wide top. Unless its for the dining or console table I always choose vases that have really open, wide shapes it means you can put the flowers together in a more beautiful shape than the more narrow vases. The flowers will also last longer as they won’t be so cramped
When it comes to skin care I use a combination of medical grade products mixed with very basic/ organic ingredients and nothing in between . So here is the routine:
I just adore pastels a fact that my flat is testament to. I also like to always keep some kind of food on display; fruits, dates, cakes etc. I think they give a warm loving energy to the home. Its also nice to have something to offer guests at hand. So I use these pastel pink and white marshmallows to fill glass jars. There you have it pretty sweets!
My mother had me drinking this since I was 12 years old.
I have always had dark circles under my eyes even when I was a child so it has nothing to do with whether I am tired or dehydrated etc. So for me under eye concealer is the most important make up that I use. After literally trying every single concealor this is my favourite. It has thick coverage but it looks like skin! I apply it with my finger tips and gently tap it to blend it in. The tom ford concealer also really good but its not as natural looking up close.
